Important Notification!
Beginning October 1, 2025 a $25 credit/debit card service fee will be added to monthly payments made using a credit or debit card whether they are through the online payment portal or by telephone. To avoid this fee please use Rent App or set up monthly ACH payments by contacting our office. Please add this fee to your total monthly payment amount when paying through this portal.
Important!!! If you do not include this fee your payment will be marked as not paid in full and you will be charged an additional late fee.
Please note: This service fee does not apply to deposits or down payments.
