2. Link your bank account and verify your identity
3. Schedule your rental payment as follows

a. Enter accounting@familylease.net as the landlord email address

b. Enter the 28th as the schedule date if your rent is due on the 1st

c. Enter the 12th as the schedule date if your rent is due on the 15th 

That's it! You can now pay monthly on repeat without having to worry about late fees. And best of all, if you use auto-pay free credit reporting is included through Rent App.

For a small fee, Rent App lets you break your rent into two more manageable payments instead of one. Split Pay gives you financial flexibility, helps eliminate late fees, and even helps build credit history by reporting successful payments. Please note, when applying, select "I pay my landlord directly" when prompted.
